Owner's Comments: B204 is for sale, again. In the last 6 years, we painted and replaced all the appliances including washer, dryer, stove, fridge, microwave, except the dishwasher. Also 6 year old air conditioner and water heater. The unit has new windows and doors, shades and faucets.
