We had a great 2-week stay at the Royal Kahili #302A. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. We are in for most meals and the kitchen was great for that. We enjoyed eating on the lanai while listening to the ocean. My children loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

We found the grounds beautiful and comfortable. The condo was mostly clean except for some kitchen items, which I took the liberty to clean, and the bathtub and hanging shower curtain in the master bedroom. The heat in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable in the mornings; so much so that one could not even be in there until around 1 p.m. It might help to restore the slider on the master bedroom wall with a new double-paned slider. We were not able to open the existing one to let in cool air later in the day because it is rusted shut with the little screw at the bottom for protection. Also the #10 parking space should be noted in the information packet for future guests before they arrive. It is very confusing where to park until you get in the room. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Thank you.

Royal Kahili A 302 Kailua, Kona, Hawaii December 21, 2012 - January 10, 2013 My family spent 3 weeks over Christmas and New Years at Royal Kahili A 302. We had the most wonderful time. The condo was like an adopted second home for us. It is right across the road from the ocean. It is very well stocked and has high end appliances that worked very well. The washer and dryer are large capacity, extremely quiet and the best I have ever seen. The condo complex is very well maintained and the management goes out of their way to assist you with anything. I can't wait to go back to the Big Island and stay here again. Although the directions to the condo on Ali'i Drive do not state this - it is right across the street from the 3 Mile mark and very easy to find. Bridget, John and Jolynn were all so wonderful to us and I feel like I have made 3 new friends. The Fishhopper restaurant is the very best in Kona in my opinion. Bubba Grumps was great and if you would like just a local more reasonably priced meal - breakfast, lunch or dinner, Big Island Grill is great. We went to the Royal Jade for Chinese Food and enjoyed it's local fare.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Kahili. The condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we met John Smith the property manager who greeted us warmly and was very helpful. Make sure you take an inventory on what is available to you for your use. We found only 3 beach towels when there should of been 4. Upon departure, we were charged for the 4th beach towel. I should of called to tell them that there was only 3 when we arrived. I hope that the people who stayed there before us are enjoying their free beach towel. With this being our first time to Kona, I wasn't sure of the location in accordance of what was in walking/driving distance. I would of preferred to stay at a location that was closer to shops and restaurants. However, we were across the street from the ocean and could hear the waves crash every night when we went to bed, which was wonderful! This unit did not have an air conditioning and it got very warm in the late morning with the windows open and fresh air blowing though. But we weren't in the room that much during the day :) You couldn't beat the value of this condo!

Perfect and Beautiful Left on 11/08/2012 for a stay in October 2012 I am a vacation rental owner in Seattle and recently was in Hawaii on vacation. This unit is beautiful and emaculantly clean. It has views of the water and the pool.It is close to shopping and all the wonderful activities that Hawaii has to offer. It was quiet and well stocked with anything I could need. The master bedroom is spacious and has it's own glass sliding door for the morning sunrise. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends. The process in renting this unit was both convenient and simple. I will stay here again. Rebecca

Very satisfied customer! Left on 10/19/2012 for a stay in October 2012 A friend and I stayed in this 2-bedroom condo during Ironman week and were completely impressed. The view from the lanai is tremendous and the unit was in impeccable condition. Appliances are all brand new and the interior is very tastefully decorated. I'd recommend this condo to anyone; and in fact, plan to stay there again myself.
