We had a lovely 2 weeks in a beautiful condo . Everything we needed to make it comfortable as well as attractive. We enjoyed our stay in October so much we returned for a longer stay. John and Bridget are the best property managers you could have and they work very hard to ensure everything you need. Every morning we sat on the lanai drank our coffee read and watched the locals go in to the ocean to surf or Kayak. The pool is marvelous and always kept at the perfect temperature. I would heartily recommend this building as a perfect place to stay.

Hi John, Just wanted to let you know that we've returned safely to the icebox in Michigan, but more importantly, we wanted to just thank you again for making our stay a wonderful experience. AMAZING CONDO!!!! We are so impressed we spent half a day re booking flights for the family at Christmas and booked the condo then..Plus we are talking about spring again ... LOVED IT THANKS TO THE OWNER AND HER NEW AMAZING MANAGERS....

After spending a month at the Royal Kahili condominiums, we can truely say this is one of the best bargains in Kona, Hawaii. Our two bedroom condo was well equiped and included a new air conditioner and a nice washer and dryer. The condo was furnished in a very nice way, and included everything anyone would need for a one day stay or a thirty day stay. The pool area was outstanding and included new pool furniture, new gas grills that could be use any time of the day. The onsite managers, Bridget and John Smith went out of their way to make sure our stay was very confortable. Their recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, and places to see were all excellant. The Royal Kahili is well located near restaurants, stores, and downtown Kona. We would not hestitate to stay there again.

Our stay in A206 Aloha, Sorry I missed saying goodbye to you yesterday but wanted to thank you for responding so quickly to our few problems early in our stay. After that everything went well and we enjoyed the complex and beautiful weather. John was always around working so hard on the wonderful ponds and landscape that the condition of the grounds is a credit to him and his crew. What an amazing time we all had!! The condo was so pretty, the veiws awesome!!!!! The Aloha sprit is alive and well in this place:-) Can't wait for are next Girl tirp. Won't even waste time looking for a fun place to go we found it here. Mahola from all us up here in Bremerton,Wa.
