In the last 5 years, we painted and replaced all the appliances including washer, dryer, stove, fridge, microwave, except the dishwasher. Also new air conditioner and water heater. The unit has new windows and doors, shades and faucets. Windows and doors replaced with double pane windows in the last 4 years:
Buyer can optionally choose what of our furniture / furnishings they would want to buy.
I can send a links with more pictures. Unit is in B Block at the Royal Kahili, 2nd floor, only six steps up from parking lot and overlooking the jungle(to the south) with a partial ocean view from the lanai.
